TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Maximum Intake: Each session will have a maximum of 12–16 participants.
2. Organizer’s Decision: All decisions made by Picklism Academy organizers are final.
3. Payment & Refunds:
- No refund once payment is made.
- If Picklism postpones a session, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
4. Participant Confirmation: Final participants will be informed via registered email and phone number.
5. All players must report at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session. Sessions will start on time,
6. Attire & Equipment:
- Players are advised to carry their own paddles.
- Basic paddles will be provided at no cost for any player who needs one.
- Please wear athletic, non-marking shoes.
7. Court Preparation: Arrive early to meet your instructor and get equipped before heading to the courts.
8. Safety & Conduct: Participants must follow instructor guidance and court rules at all times. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session.
9. Photography & Media: By participating, you consent to photos and videos being taken during the clinic for promotional purposes.
10. Health Disclaimer: Participants should ensure they are medically fit to participate. Picklism Academy is not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising during the clinic.
