At Picklism Academy, your safety is our top priority. While we take all precautions and provide support during every activity, sports carry some inherent risks. Please read and acknowledge the following before participating in any coaching session, clinic, training, or related activity (“Activity”) conducted by Picklism Global Pvt. Ltd., its coaches, trainers, and associated professionals.
1. Acknowledgment of Program and Health Condition
I understand that Picklism Academy programs are designed to provide a safe, structured environment for learning and improving pickleball skills. I confirm that I am in good health, physically fit, and capable of participating in such activities. If at any point I feel unwell or believe conditions are unsafe, I will immediately stop participating and inform a coach or staff member.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in sports and training activities involves some risk of injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation and any resulting personal injury, loss, or damage.
3. Safety and Conduct
I agree to follow all instructions provided by coaches, trainers, and staff, use all equipment responsibly and safely, respect facility rules, and maintain appropriate behavior. I understand that failure to follow safety guidelines may result in my removal from the Activity without refund or compensation. Picklism Academy will provide reasonable assistance in the event of an emergency and maintain a safe environment, but I understand that absolute safety cannot be guaranteed due to natural occurrences during play. I voluntarily choose to participate despite this, and if I am not comfortable with this condition, I may choose not to join the Activity.
4. Release of Liability
I release, discharge, and agree not to blame or sue Picklism Global Pvt. Ltd., Picklism Academy, their coaches, trainers, employees, subcontractors, partners, and representatives, as well as any sponsors, venue owners, advertisers, or event organizers (each a “Releasee”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in the Activity—whether caused by negligence or any other cause, including accidents or natural occurrences during play.
I further understand that medical assistance may be provided in an emergency, and I release the Releasees from any liability related to such assistance.
5. Indemnification
I agree that if, despite this Release and Waiver of Liability, I or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any Releasee, I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, or costs that may result from such a claim.
