All coaching fees must be paid in advance before the training cycle begins.
Batch allotment is confirmed only after successful payment and subject to slot availability.
Attendance is recorded by the academy coaching or operations team for every scheduled session.
Players are expected to:
1. Report on time before session start
2. Check in with the coach/admin team if required
3. Ensure attendance is marked correctly
4. Players are expected to attend scheduled sessions regularly to ensure proper skill development and training continuity.
Attendance records maintained by the academy shall be treated as final for operational and batch management purposes.
Players/parents are encouraged to inform the academy in advance in case of absence wherever possible.
Players arriving significantly late may:
1. Miss warm-up activities
2. Receive limited participation
3. Lose session time without extension
To avoid disruption to batch flow and coaching structure.
Repeated no-shows without prior intimation may affect:
1. Batch continuation
2. Make-up eligibility
3. Preferred batch allocation
Consistent attendance is strongly recommended for:
1. Performance improvement
2. Technical progression
3. Tournament preparation
4. Fitness development
1. Does Picklism Academy provide make-up classes?
Yes. Picklism Academy allows limited make-up sessions based on attendance and operational scheduling policies.
2. How many make-up sessions are allowed per cycle?
A maximum of two make-up session per cycle is permitted.
3. Can unused make-up sessions be carried forward?
Make-up sessions should generally be utilized within the same training cycle.
However, if a session is missed during the last 5 days of the cycle, the make-up session may be utilized within the first 10 days of the following cycle.
Further carry-forward is not permitted.
If a session is cancelled by Picklism Academy due to:
1. Weather conditions
2. Court maintenance
3. Tournaments
4. Operational requirements
5. Coach unavailability
The academy may provide Replacement sessions or Cycle adjustments based on operational feasibility.
